About Capilo – Trusted Hair Loss & Scalp Care Since 1937

Capilo is a pioneering hair care brand founded in 1937 with the launch of Capillicure, the first scientifically formulated anti-hair loss lotion. Developed by French dermatologist Raymond, whose research classified different types of alopecia, Capilo became a trusted name in hair loss treatment.

In 1963, Capillicure was rebranded as Capilo and expanded its range to include innovative hair and scalp treatments, quickly becoming the number one solution for hair loss, thinning hair, and scalp health in France and Spain.

In 1979, Capilo introduced “capilliculture,” a specialized approach to diagnosing and treating common hair problems, including hair thinning, scalp sensitivity, and alopecia.

Today, Capilo continues to lead in hair loss prevention and scalp care innovation, offering advanced treatments designed to promote healthy hair growth and restore scalp balance worldwide.
